I started out taking care of my own family members and over the years doing this I enjoyed it so much that I then decided to become a CNA. My grandmother was a registered nurse and I remember her coming home telling me it takes a special kind of person to do this kind of work no matter what kind of nurse you are RN, LPN, OR CNA . I then knew my career choice. I became a CNA not for the money I became a cna because of they joy I get in helping people. In the past 25 years of doing this job I have learned so much I honestly love what I do and hope that one day if I come to a point that I may need help that I find a CNA as patient as me and has the love for the job as much a I do. This job has been very rewarding and such a learning experience to me. I have no regreats.
