While working in elderly care I found a majority of the staff was there for the paycheck, I can't say that for myself. Caring for people makes me feel good because I am making someone feel happy and that is important at their time in life no matter what age, Having to have help is always hard and to have someone that understands , is patient and kind is key in my eyes.
