Greetings my name is Claudia. I am a certified nursing assistant and home health aide for over ten years. I am reliable and dependable. I have worked in nursing home, hospital, assisted living and in home care. I am also have experience with bedridden clients (with special attention given to their skin. Due to the lack of skin breakdown and I will work very hard for client making sure they are healed or will not receive any sort or type of bedsore). Will do ROM with client to keep muscles strong. Turn and re-position bedridden clients for comfort and good circulation with the use of pillows and wedges. I have also worked with patients /clients who has parkinson, stroke, respiratory, cancer (all stages), hospice, alzheimer, all stages of dementia, hearing and vision Impaired, paralysed, and MS.I know how to feed clients who have feeding problems there for i do feedings by mouth and feeding tube, vital signs taken and recorded. My duties include: All activities of daily living. Duties I do but not limited light housekeeping, bathing/dressing, meal preparation, companionship, medication management, laundry, errands/shopping.
