i have always worked in the medical field since my early 20's. A previous medical student from South America, i came to the states and completed my Phlebotomy/EKG certificate. Associates in science and achieved my degree in RHIT. All along, I have worked either in doctors office or hospital assisting with patients and their needs. Being a caregiver is a way of giving back to society. i started with working in a State Orphanage of Special Needs children in Bolivia. There i voluntarily assisted while pursuing my medical career. I left the city and volunteered in a French Non Profit organization called SUNRISE in another small rural village of Bolivia before coming back to the states. I have been a caregiver for children as for adults, such as my grandfather and great aunt who both suffered from Dementia.
