Some of my personality traits that help me be a great caregiver would be how open-minded I am as well as loyal and friendly. I believe having the mindset of being open-minded allows many opportunities as well as meeting a diverse group of people and being able to succeed in different types of sheeting's and environments. Another personality trait I would use to describe myself I would say i carry is empathy and compassion. I believe those traits is what attracted me to caregiving as well as being in the medical field. My most recent personal achievement would be obtaining my CNA certification as well as being apart of the patient care technician at my college. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is learning and communicating with my patients and just hearing about their background and life experiences. I also enjoy helping people whether it's something very little or even life changing.
