About Monica

I became a caregiver because I have a caring passion, desire and love to help people in need. Being a certified personal care attendant satisfies the way I like to do things and reflects who I am. It also lets me use my inate strengths in ways that come to me naturally and enhances my life personally fulfilling. Also it nourishes the most important aspects of my personality. It's rewarding job and I look forward to going to work, and also feel energized by what I do and feel that my contribution is respected and appreciated. I also feel proud when describing my work to others and I enjoy and respect the people I work with as well as feel optimistic about my future. I also became a personal care attendant because I get to use the skills I was trained qualified to use. It's also a job that is in high demand and will continue to be. This profession is a very rewarding career and offers job satisfaction and a sense of fulfillment. I get the chance to interact with clients and their family and be an assistance in what ever way they need, whether it be reading, playing games, etc. I enjoy providing care to those who can't do for themselves, I love the smiles on the clients and families faces when they are happy about the care I provide for them and their loved one.
