Well I haven't been doing this as a job very long, but in a way I think it makes me different in a lot of ways. I have been in the public service industry for about 15 years or so now but I have usually been in restaurants. I am trying to pull away from that area but I am really good at customer service so I think this has been a good transition for me. I have a lot to learn I'm sure and am willing to do so. My lack of years in this genre of work makes up for the quality of care that I can and do provide. I am not a cookie cutter thinker and I do what's in the best interest all around for the person I spend time with as well as their loved ones.
