Marie.Williams 916-272-3828 let me began I was 9yrs old when I started doing care my mother use to work at a nursing home and she would take me to work with her, and as she was taking care of the resident she use to train me on how to care for them, so when I turn 18 yrs of age I decide to go to school to Become a CNA, as time pass I decide to go Into the home and I became a home Care Aide and to brush up on my skill I started working in A assisted living I have been working with residents over 39yrs but didn't start getting paid until I was 18yrs old I also work with patients who have been diagnosed with Dementia vs Alzheimer's and so much more I want to be the best I can be for the resident my gold is to make sure that I treat the patients like I would want to be treated and see a smile and joy on there face everytime I get the pleasure to work with such wonderful people and what makes me be a great caregiver is a love I have in my heart for the resident and the smile I put on there love, ones face when they see it is me that is taking Care of their love, ones my personal achiement that i am proud of is the time i spend talking with the resident
