I was always a caregiver from my earlier stage in life.I use to assist my grandmother with taking care of my great grandmother,who passed away in late 2012.I been living in New York for 10yrs now and I been a caregiver/Hha every since I been here.I worked and lived on long island and I worked with a agency called Personal Touch.I worked and did my training there.I met and worked with a lot of people.I worked hands on with Dementia patients,Als patients,Cancer Patient,Alzheimer's Patients and much more,I even did a few live ins back then.I met a lot of old young souls and I also learnt a lot from these clients and their family members.I worked with a lot of different ethic/cultural families,and because of this I am able to work and fit in with any Religion/cultural families.My last client was a 103yrs old when he died in August 2018.I been working with him for 3yrs(Jewish Guy)I was doing a live in.I carried out my duties with him such doing his laundry,house keeping,grocery shopping,going with him to his doctors appointments,accompanied him to family events etc.His sons all lived out of town and they only came to visit once a yr because they knew he was in great care. I been a caregiver because i lived around a few medical field workers.My mother is a RN(BSN) on long island and my aunt is a doctor here in the Bronx.My dream and goal is to become a Registered Nurse also and I'm following in the foot steps as my mother did.This is where she started as a caregiver/Hha and work her way all the way up to the top. I recently moved here to the Bronx with my husband and my family.I am seeking a family who needs a loving,trusting,responsible and hard working caregiver to be a great aide to their love ones.Iam ready to start ASAP.Im ready to offer my service to you and your love ones.
