Every server had their own side job duty weather it was to set up glass cups with butters and creams on each table while another server would pour water or have to cut up desserts or set up salad bar or have condiments prepared. Once everyone was done with their side job we would stand in our section that was assigned to us and wait until we opened. Residents would come in and sit down we would first ask if they would like soup or something from the salad bar and ask what would they like to drink. Made sure what resident was done with their starter, Go up to them and ask them what would they like for their entree after their entree we take their dessert order Once every resident was done and cleared the dining room, We would whip down tables, Set up and sweep for the next meal.
