I was trained by the LEGACY HEALTH SYSTEM and worked through them for over 5 years. I received additional training from COMFORT KEEPERS, BRIGHTSTAR and SENIOR HELPERS. I was trained to be a defensive driver by GREYHOUND and PRINCESS CRUISE LINES where I honed my social and interpersonal skills. I still maintain my Class B commercial license that entitles me to drive the public and is an indication of my mobility and excellent health. I am current with all applicable vaccinations, tests and injections. I HAVE NO FAMILY OR SOCIAL COMMITMENTS WHICH GIVES YOU ENORMOUS FLEXIBILITY TO SCHEDULE ME. I am an air force veteran and have lived in my home for over 30 years. I speak proper English and I know when to speak and when to listen. I am well versed in business and world affairs I prepare meals from a Betty Crocker cook book and a few personal recipes I have traveled extensively and have videos of my sojourns which may provide entertainment e.g. Antarctica and the transit of the Panama Canal. My last full time position was the the care of a husband and wife 24/3. He suffered a massive stroke which left him with minimal use of his entire left side and impaired speech which made it hard for him to communicate. The wife suffers fro a rare form of dementia. My duties included: medication management, bathing, dressing, 24 hour toiletry, house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transfer assistance and exercise assistance.
