I became a CNA because I wanted to make a difference in someone's life. I realized that this was a special gift to give up your life someone to have a life even in a disabled state. I love being a CNA because it brings joy to my life that I can care for others that need the care. My personal achievement is that I obtained my Associates degree in Business Management and now going for my Bachelor's in Healthcare Science Administration. I, Shimea Holifield is a pastor's daughter and my love for other's is unconditional. I have the gift to take care of people that can't do it for themselves. I enjoy making people smile and have more confidence in themselves. No matter what the physical challenge may be, I love the challenge to enhance and make that person feel better about themselves. I lived in with someone for 2 years and I cherished the moments I had with her. I'm a mother of 2 boys ages 21 and 14. My boys are the world to me and my patients are a gift to me. I consider myself trustworthy, compassionate, godly, considerate, caring, and the best CNA a patient could have. I strive daily for excellence and perfection.
