I take care of my mother we like do weekly activities outside if weather permits. I accompany her to all of her doctor's appointments and help with medication reminders. We go to the stores and the nail salon. I've also used lift machines with wheel chairs when I drove special needs busses. I spent a lot of time with my grandfather whom had altizmers and my grandmother who had dementia before they both passed. I really enjoyed those moments because they taught me to cherish everything and everyone because you're presents may brings joy to someone with just the little things. And that is a real blessing.
