Before applying,I thoroughly read and studied the job description for the caregiver position and I am confident I already have the skills,qualities and experience to excel in the role. I am a caring and compassionate person whose attention to detail,communication,and problem solving skills are very much suites to the position of a caregiver. Over the years,I have worked in various health care teams where the need to collaborate closely with others departments was the norm. In my previous caregiver position,I volunteered to help train up new caregiver as and when they joined the company,and I dedicated time at the end of each shift to answer questions they had about the role of a caregiver and how they could quickly develop competence whilst dealing with patients. As a caregiver,I always treat my patients,patients' families,and co-workers with the utmost respect and dignity and I always demonstrate and apply the values of the Healthcare organization I am working for in my daily work.
