As a senior myself, I find I have rapport with my clients that younger caregivers usually do not. We become good friends. I am easy going, healthy, entertaining and a good cook. Families and I get along well and become part of the family. After retiring from owning a travel agency for 20 yrs., I was looking to find a part time position and fate drew me to caregiving. I enjoy interacting with people, and working in the travel field equipped me for this work. I am proud of obtaining my AA degree after retirement at 70. I am a portrait artist and enjoy painting as my hobby.
