What makes me a great caregiver is that i have empathy for others, i take pride in my work, and i absolutely enjoy what i do. I never knew i wanted to be a caregiver until i became one and enjoyed making someone else's day to day life go smoother. What i enjoy most about being a caregiver is that i played a part in my clients recovery and knowing before i go that i made a difference in someone's life no matter how small or great. An personal achievement i am proud of is starting with a client who was at their lowest point to being able to walk, talk, and become independent again.
