I am a state-certified Med Tech and PCA with 17 years of experience in senior and special needs care. I am BLS (CPR/basic life support) certified and have extensive experience working with clients who have dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, amputations, ADD, OCD, chronic pain, and those recovering from strokes, BBL PO and Plastic surgery. Omomgst other services my services include companionship, running errands, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with bed baths and showers, and using Hoyer lifts and gait belts. I can also help with transportation to medical appointments, range of motion (ROM) exercises, grocery shopping, and post-operative care, including BBL around the clock ( three-day/or more ) care. My passion for enhancing my clients' quality of life drives me to assist each person with compassion, dedication, and dignity. The primary responsibilities of Companionship services include the following: Providing companionship and conversation Providing stabilization and assistance with walking Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items Providing medication reminders and appointment reminders The primary responsibilities of Home Helper services include the following: Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) Washing and ironing laundry Running errands Accompanying clients to appointments Personal Care services are personal in nature and often include assistance with activities of daily living.
