I am a Licensed Practical Nurse of 30 plus years. I spent the last 22 years with the same company. When I was 15 years old I used to stay with the elderly people in my neighborhood because they needed help and their families had jobs or live away and couldn't be with them. I took a nursing assistant class offered by the local hospital and if you passed the course the hospital gave you a job. I did this until I graduated high school and then I went to nursing school. Taking care of people has been my life passion. As I said before I spent 22 years with the same company so I am dependable and dedicated. I recently took an early retirement and am bored and I really want to go back to work and I think taking care and assisting people would be great, and since I'm retired I do not require a large salary. I am enthusiastic and caring an I have so much more to give and feel I would make a great caregiver.
