What makes me a great caregiver is the love and care i have for each of my residents. I have always wanted ro do care giving because i always took care of my family from a young age till now. I love to see my residents master a new independent activity. Like eating on there own, brushing their own teeth, getting dressed on their own. Just seeing their expression that they accomplished their goals with constant presistance. One achievement i have reached is working in different houses with all types of disabilities. This gives me the opportunity to have experience with different types of disabilities.
