I am an LPN with 21yrs experience. I have enjoyed working with patients with Alzheimers and Dementia along with intellectual disabilities . I have supervisory experience overseeing Home health aids and have personally seen the struggles for patients and their families in finding good care for their loved ones and the challenges home health aids face. I also have Neurology office experience doing multiple roles as a Nurse and EEg tech and have for learned many strategies to work with patients with Alzheimers and Dementia .
