This job requires me to teach children between the ages of 5 and 12 how to swim. It also requires me to manage the pool and it's surrounding park. This experience has taught me how to be empathetic and also how to work under high levels of stress. I have met a lot of people with diverse backgrounds and it has helped me become open minded. It is a seasonal job so I only work during the summer, however I stay in contact with most community members.
