1. I have a amazing personality outgoing have patience willing to work as hard as possible and I have worked with my grandmother while she was in bad conditions taking care of her pills massages food showers wound care all of that. 2.what attracted me is my grandma went through a bad cycle in and out of hospitals and medications left and right and I had to step up and help her that's my grandma and seeing how the elderly are handled with no care in certain places I've seen the homes they put 'em in and it smells bad not attentive to the patients so if I could make sure someone's mom dad grandpa whoever is good and in good hands that would be awesome make everyone happy. 3. The knowledge you can get from some of the elderly and knowing you are basically saving someone and making their life easier at a old age. Personal achievement that I am proud of is doing music.
