Hello, my name is Jenniece Bryant. I starting out as personal care aid for a company by the name of venture for in 2008 until 2016 I work with mostly dramatic brain injuries residence doing some light housekeeping, cooking cleaning laundry got an appointment appointments with them make sure they are taking their medications, keeping track of appointments and their day-to-day. and 2016 I went to the McGuire group to become a certified CNA and got my certification through the McGuire group and started working as a CNA in 2017 until 2021. I work in nursing at homes and assisted living facilities with my experience with in-home and a certified nursing assistant, I am very capable of the day-to-day routine's transferring feeding dressing bathing keep a track of appointments, communicating with any services that they may have come into their homes and their families. I am currently working as a teacher assistant I started that job in 2021 working with children with autism and ADHD in a School setting. I love that job. I love working with children and the elderly I am currently working in a daycare as a teacher assistant, I am a float so I get the privilege of floating from the infant room in between the two to rooms and preschools. I am highly dependable flexible very personable, friendly outgoing and I love working in the Health field ain't working with the children.

I was hired as a float for kids Capital Daycare I float in between four rooms. They are the infant room by duties and they are changing bottle feeding assisting those who can eat independently, which is monitoring them and they're eating changing diapers putting them down for nap time and documenting how many ounces they eat if they have baby food Their diaper changes what time they took their nap and what time they woke up. When I'm in the preschool rooms and the toddler room, my role is to maintain ratio safety in The toddler rooms multiple children are not potty trained so we do change diapers we and we document and the toddler room on their take-home sheets what they ate if they eat ,what time it took their naps and what they did throughout the day and if they need any diapers, wipes, change of clothes. When I'm in the preschool room, I assist the teacher with their day-to-day such as circle tying, which is going over the weekly planner, such as their alphabet, letters, colors days of the week reading to them movement transition to and from the bathroom passing out snacks, lunch breakfast assisting all walks and take them to the playground.

I work as a lead teacher assistant at The Summit Center in Getzville, there was a lead teacher myself and Another TA in the classroom and a classroom aide. Our roles varied my role as a lead TA was to help making gather materials for our students for the students for their summit up trials go over their case books to see where they were to see if we can move them up if they need to be taken off or something if the trial needed to be stopped and revisit it at a later time we will go over their IEP goals, weekly meetings with the unit, director or speech, their OT and sometimes our unit supervisor would sit in on the meetings. Are students IEP goal very depending on the child.
