I enjoy giving care to people in need of they need to be cleaned or helped with hygiene, I enjoy helping them. It make me feel good to help other that are unable to do it for themselves. One of my personnel achievements that I am enjoying at this time is work with a man that has ALS and is completely bed bound right now. I enjoy helping him with meds and just keeping him comfortable. I am licensed to work as a carer/home health aid in any setting. I worked with different levels of health care teams and provided direct care to residents. I have a thorough understanding of assessing clients to recognize suitable interventions. Experienced in developing a plan of care with the primary aim of providing optimal quality of life for the client. I demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills. I have the ability to cook nutritious meals that the client can enjoy and benefit from health wise. Best of all I care about the overall well-being of my patients and desire to help them as much as I can. I put my heart in everything I do and put the person I am caring for first.

I currently work with a man with ALS. He is on a breathing ventilator, has a feeding tube, is completely bed bound. Also has a Cathode. My job is to change him, bath him, and any other hygienic procedure he may need. I also administer his medicine. Just keeping him company is the biggest part of my job. I really enjoy helping people. As a care giver for Roseanne I take her levels every morning do to diabetes. Administer meds. Bath her daily due to I continence. Cook for her I also do some light house keeping, and laundry. Take her to appointments. And out to a movie once in awhile As far as food shopping she orders her food to be delivered. But Roseanne and I have a very close relationship. I enjoy being there for her.
