Hi I'm Jenae , I started working for Brookdale about a year ago I went in as housekeeping because I wanted to work around the elderly but I thought my heart was to sensitive to take care of them because I'll be so scared if anything was to happen to them as far as me getting close to them and having a bond . So as I started housekeeping they love my work but they felt I work so well with the residents the offered me a position full time on the floor. I ACTUALLY LOVE IT.... I do spend a lot of time on my residents then I normally should but I have a big heart and I just treat them as if they were my family or loved one . I LOVE being there to help in anyway I could and it's not too many good people in the world with great hearts so being that I'm blessed with one why not use it . I will love to hear from families soon [?]
