What I think helps me be a great caregiver is being organized, getting along well with the family of residents living there, I also love to work in groups which helps me come up with more ideas. I wanted to be a caregiver because my grandma had a slight dementia before she died so I decided I wanted to take care of the elderly. I enjoy being around the elderly and hearing their past stories and enjoy spending time with them. I am really proud of how I learned to adapt to places easily.
