I became a caregiver because one day as I was walking in Manhattan, I saw an elderly man was crossing the road, he needed help crossing because the traffic was too much for him to cross by himself so I took the opportunity in helping him to cross the road, it was then that I realized, I can take up this as a professional and that is when I became a HHA/caregiver. In 2008 .Being a caregiver is about having patience , something you can do for someone who is in need of assistance, its a blessing when caring for elderly. I am very responsible , flexible , reliable ,charming, hard working and a loving person. I am a honest worker, with a good sense a humor. With a good personality.I also work in hospital, nursing home, and the Bristol Assistant Living home. Some clients became my best friends ,even if I not working for some of them ,I still call up them to see if everything is alright with them . and they will love to hear my voice because the they were getting from me. I care for all kind of patients both Males / Females. Dementia, cancer patient, hospice, Alzheimer's, I love all my client to the moon and back, I assisted with Therapy, give Exercise daily.
