I assisted with training employees with person centered care and provided observation, reports of non- compliance and compliance in Residential group homes, Day Programs, and other departments. I also, with the same agency held other positions such as, Support Staff Coordinator and program Manager of Residential group home. These programs are adhering to Regulation's by NYS, and Federal. Medicaid waiver programs.

For a little over 2 years, I switched my position from Assistant Manager after approx. 8 years with same agency to an overnight position. I cared for individuals with disabilities and provided services. I cared for all medical, cognitive, behavioral, transportation, medical appointments, following care plans, working with multidisciplinary team, following state/federal regulations, and meals, nutrition. I have 33 years experience in this field holding different positions, such as, manager f residential programs, Quality Assurance department, Human Resources Department, Assistant Manager, and ast Direct Support Professional. I moved to Florida to care for my mother, since my dad passed away, and my mother's health declined. I took care of her doing everything I have experience with. I was appointed her health care, POA . I am very attentive, caring, detailed oriented, and always ad a cose relationship with all families that I care for their adult person with disabilities that resided in a group home. I also, years ago, was trained to be a Foster Care Parent. I have 33 years of training. I have a small dog and just myself. I live in a community for 55+ in Leesburg Florida.

Program Manager for the disabled. I over seen a apartment program in a HUD subsidized apartment building. I supervised employees, trained in the care for 8 individuals. Individuals all had their own apartments. This program is a shared housing HUD, subsidiarity with the Center for Disabilities Services. I assisted with the entire building tenants, as well. Elevator maintenance, physical plant, safety, fire safety and much more.
