I have always known that being a caregiver is what I was meant to do. I have had the opportunity to work in school health as a paraprofessional and medication technician. I have also had the opportunity to work in a private office. Being a caregiver has always been an innate strength for me, very rewarding. I am a high energy, sensitive individual who will not shy away from a challenge. Of course raising my two children and helping to put them through college, being blessed with a marriage of 28 years, these are precious accomplishments to me. While employed by The High Road School of Perryville, MD; I was awarded the district Employee of Distinction recognition award. Presently, I am employed by The University of DE, I was given a performance raise, based on going beyond my job description everyday. The dean of education honored me by also sending me a letter of appreciation for my dedication and hard work. Recently, my husband has accepted a position that will require us to move south of Howard County. This is why I am currently seeking other employment as a CNA, MT in Maryland.
