My Name is ileen Lampkin and I am a certified Nursing assistant and a Home Health Aide Attendant ... I have been working in this field for the past 15 years ,but have been working under the New York state regulation of certification as a Home care worker for the past 7 years in the state of New York and Connecticut . I have many years of extensive experience working in Nursing Assisted facilities and with clients in the comfort of their own homes .If I am to say why I love this job ,it would be because I genuinely choose this career path ,because of the love I have for helping others ,reaching their cooperate goals of what may seem a bit challenging to be done on their own. I delivered sincere kindness by assuring clients that we can work together and as a team player by respecting each other and work to develop different Assistance in daily living skills, that would be benificial to both the aide and the client which can help to bring about improvement of their everyday's life.
