Hello, my name is Iasia Ware I am compassionate loving and caring, I choose to be in the medical field because I love to nurture and take care of people my passion is to provide quality care for companionship for the old and young . My out going personality and huge heart allows me to be the best provider I can be with my patients or residents i thrive on providing quality services and work to meet every demand needed for comfort and stability within my patients or residents live. Knowing the impact that love can bring and open up hope for others bring me joy it is truly a humbling field to be apart of and very satisfying feeling of peace that embeds my soul. We all aspire to be cared for and loved with dignity and respect and that's what I provide with a soft touch of understanding and reliability. I recently graduated from Borough of Manhattan Community College with a 3.6 GPA and honors as well as Phi Theta Kappa society chapter. I was accepted into Long Island University nursing program and will enter into the practical phase for nursing this September following my dreams of providing quality care and love is my life calling.

When they see a familiar face everyday it makes them feel good and their willingness becomes better as the days go by. Their faces light up and they talk to you about anything that's on their mind. Even if they say the same things over and over again, it gives them great pleasure that you are willing to listen. Seeing the happiness on their face is the best achievement that I could ever give. Knowing that they are happy and content. I have been doing this so long, it doesn't feel like a job more like accomplishment. Helping people who can't help themselves.
