What makes me a great caregiver is, my experience and the years I have worked with both children and elders who have taught me the importance and the great rewards of being patient, caring and understanding. I was attracted to being a caregiver because of the nature in me that desires to assist and provide care to those who cannot help themselves for various reasons. Also, to leave a lasting impact to those I have assisted due to life's limitations in one way or the other. Being a helping hand to the community that needs it. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is knowing that I put a smile on the face of one who needs it and lighting up their spirit. It gives me great satisfaction at the end of the day knowing that I made a difference however small or big in the life of one who needs care and also their families who desire the best for their loved ones. I am humble enough to put myself in a position to learn each and everyday. The ability to learn and grow is a personal great achievement.
