When they see a familiar face everyday it makes them feel good and their willingness becomes better as the days go by. Their faces light up and they talk to you about anything that's on their mind. Even if they say the same things over and over again, it gives them great pleasure that you are willing to listen. Seeing the happiness on their face is the best achievement that I could ever give. Knowing that they are happy and content. I have been doing this so long, it doesn't feel like a job more like accomplishment. Helping people who can't help themselves. Lite housekeeping, medication reminder, food preparation, bed bath, baths, errands, medical visits, arts and crafts, accompanying them outside, laundry, inventory and anything else they will need.
