Over the past 10 years I have been by the sides of 3 grandparents and an uncle who needed assistance with their daily routines. One of the main reasons I chose to be there for them was I enjoy making people laugh and just have a good time. They would always tell me how I would make them forget the issues they where dealing with and how the moments we shared took them back to the good times. The reason I want to get into care giving is I really believe there is so many Seniors out there that just don't get the love and overall attention they deserve. Just because someone gets old doesn't mean they no longer have a purpose in life. Some of the best years in life happens in your 60's, 70's and above and I would like to share them with someone who is in need.
