For me it's personal. As a child I was involved in a serious accident. It took a massive doctors and nurses and other health specialist to bring back to health. During my growing up years I had several health problems resulting from my childhood accident. So, for me it's returning a favor. I don't call off and I am very dependable. I was awarded of September,2016 for employee of the month. In December, 2016, I was awarded Nice to be Nice award. This is when a client or a family member of a client report to the agency on how well they like and how much they appreciate my service. It gave me great joy to hear that. When I see someone that is hurting or even struggling with day to day issues. I tend to step in without thinking and lend a helping hand. I feel good when I leave a client home and they have a sign peace written on their or you can hear it in their. Sometimes when I come to their home they being over joy that I came. That makes me feel that my work didn't go on vein. When I'm not work I sing in my church choir. I love to bake, shop, travel, go to movies or even become a couch potato and watch movies.

It made me feel so good to see smiles from my client and the family because of how I dedicated myself to her, I was able to give hope and was able to see my client do somethings on their own.
