I became a caregiver in 2010 directly out of high school. What inspired me to become a caregiver was my mom being sick from cancer. This is a battle we both have been fighting together for the past 10 years. I have helped my mom with her everyday needs like getting dressed, personal hygiene, doctors appointments, etc. I am always happy to help when I can and I am a firm believer in "the golden rule" Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
