My name Is April Glenn I've started in the healthcare field by taking care of my uncle he was paralyzed from the waist down so I would get up every morning and give him a bed bath and use a Hoyer lift to transfer him into his wheel chair brush his teeth comb his hair and lotion his face , I would then get breakfast ready and feed him and after do some light exercise with his upper body such as using light weights and still making sure he's feeling active mentally , I would always keep him in a happy spirit and make sure his day go as positive as possible, so then I began to brush off into assisted facilities , long term , And many more and have gained a stronger passion to help others
