Approximately 15 years ago, I became my mother's Caregiver after she came home from Rehab for a major stroke. After working in a Family Medical office for a couple years, I began my Caregiver career. In the past 10+ years, I have worked as a Home Health Aide and CNA, providing many services to families and their loved ones, including (but not limited to) Alzheimers, Dementia, Quadriplegic, and Hospice Care. Services provided include companionship, transportation, meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping, pericare, input/output, taking and recording vitals, catheter care, colostomy care, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, showers, dressing, transfers, wound care maintenance, and oxygen maintenance. My special focus has been with Alzheimer's and Dementia care. I am a CNA and certified in CPR and First Aid, and continue to work on completing additional medical courses and pursue avenues to help strengthen me as a Professional Caregiver. I also maintain current Individual Professional Liability Insurance. Your loved ones peace of mind, comfort and health is my priority.

I am a junior Biology major at Northern Kentucky University. I am studying Biology in hopes to attend Physician Assistant school after graduation. I recently got certified as a Kentucky Nurse Aid, and have worked as an in home caregiver for an elderly couple. I really enjoyed staying with them, even though it was such a short amount of time. The wife had a compound wrist fracture, and the husband could not fully care for himself. I learned so much in the 5 short weeks working for them. I am truly passionate about patient care! Especially elderly patient care, I am planning on specializing in Geriatrics in PA school. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
