I have been told that I have a larger than life personality. I love to make people laugh and I believe thru laughter one gains friendship and trust. I also am the oldest of four children, so taking care of people, nurturing them, has always been second nature. If I can impact one person with compassion, validation and kindness than that's a banner day. A personal achievement is creating an Adult Day Program with the help of the Alzheimer's Association. It helps, not only the family caregiver , but creates stable, fun surroundings for their loved one who is suffering with dimentia/Alzheimers.
