My name is Carrie and I have over 20 years experience caring mostly for senior citizens. I can assist with all activities of daily living including all personal care like bathing, dressing and meal preparation determining how much care is needed. I can provide transportation to any appointments or errands and grocery shopping, I enjoy cooking healthy meals. I'm capable of doing light housekeeping. I truly enjoy caring for people and I try to make each day special for my clients. I find my work to be rewarding and enjoy listening to stories about their life. Marilyn L.

I cared for Marilyn L. in her home for almost three years, she had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s several years before. I was her full time caregiver and assisted in bathing, dressing, oral care and making healthy meals. I took her to all appointments and did the grocery shopping once a week before my shift started. Once Marilyn couldn't go to the beauty shop anymore I was able to wash and set her hair at home and give her manicures to make her feel pretty. I helped her daughter plan the schedule and I worked many hours because Marilyn needed 24 hour care. I really enjoy caring for people because I can make my clients day a little better by helping them do what they really enjoy but just need a little help doing it.
