1. Since a very young age I have always been a people person. i have never frowned upon the old or disable. I love to help and make people smile. I completed my CNA in 2010 and it was at that point I realized that caring for people, especially the elderly, was my calling. 2. Bringing happiness to other, reassuring them all is not lost. Been a support system For your residents is very important because they can count on you. It isn't a easy job to do and everyday will not be the same but despite all this, you continue on. You wake up every day to face new challenges. You keep going. Why? Because you care. You give up your life to care for another. That is the ultimate act of love. It is a selfless, noble and generous thing to do – one that many people wouldn't take on. But i can and i'm proud of that. 3. my most proud moments dose not include awards or certificates. At 23 i found myself being afraid to come home to my abusive boyfriend. i was choked, beaten, threaten weekly, i knew that everything i did (right or wrong) was a trigger for a fight, my girls were terrify of their father and i had to make a decision to leave town and move to a different state. I OVER-CAME being homeless on the street with my two daughters (ages 5 and 2) and by God's grace we are now safe and sound in our own place. 4.
