I'm a great worker Dependable trustworthy hard-working I've been in private caregiving for the past 4 years I love what I do.When I'm with them I try to make them as happy as possible. Getting them to do things that they love to do! Exercising, experience with dementia am Alzheimer's disease. Walking puzzles, playing card, shopping ect, bathing showering cleaning house doing laundry and taking them to appointments especially hair appointments that they love. I absolutely love taking care of the elderly so they can stay in their homes as long as possible. Something I love to do giving back is one of the most important things in my life so caring for them at their age helps me fill my soul never had grandparents I think this is why I do what I do when I was a little girl I was in the hospital in and out and the nurses were absolutely wonderful to me so my whole life I've always wanted to be a nurse but took another path and got married and had children so now I think this is the best thing for me that I can do is close enough as being a real nurse is taking care of the elderly as.

My biggest strengths as a caregiver are my patience and compassion. I treat everyone with the respect they deserve and I am able to find a way to relate to and get along with everyone. I started my career as a caregiver first as a direct support professional for people with developmental disabilities, and I have since then transitioned to senior care with a focus on disabled veterans. I absolutely love this line of work, andI really enjoy being able to engage with people and assist them with daily living.
