I have always been the caregiver in my family from my grandmother who suffered a heart attack when I was 11 up to 2016 when my mother-in-law became ill with Parkinson's. It gives me a sense of fulfillment when I make my clients smile...whether it is from cooking their favorite meal or just listening to their life stories. Since I have trained in two different modern health facilities, I am very aware of what to watch for to prevent medical emergencies. My previous clients' families have nicknamed me "Angel" because I always want to make their stressed lives easier...and to create an environment where they can ENJOY being with their loved ones again. I am proud that I am very close to obtaining my CNA license (taking the Oklahoma State Exam in August), having taken 16+ senior homecare courses and training with the very best homecare agencies. I am looking forward to using my God-given talents to help seniors enjoy their lives to the fullest.

I started caregiving when my father became sick with COPD. I found that I have the right compassion for people when they come to that point in life that an outsider is needed to help families. I have worked for a company in Ozark Missouri caring for people since 2011 And can provide a resume with references upon request! I have also worked at an assisted living facility Where I cared for 19 clients (Georgia's guest home) in Empire cailfornia. I have been caring for the elderly for well over 20plus years. I am easy to get along with as I know everyone likes things done their way. I try to make the clients comfortable as possible. Taking care of people for me is truly a gift and it has taught me patience and with that comes compassion. I enjoy hearing stories about the past and I learn new things from them wether it be a recipe or a easier way to do things. Personal achievements for me is knowing that in time we become comfortable and I get to make a new friend that I can make life a little easier for them. I learned long ago that listening and caring is very important to families and their loved ones. I have taken my COVID-19 vaccine for the safety of my clients.
