Supervised and managed 250 employees or less, adhered to DDS compliance, rules and procedures, travel, home visits, member care meetings with their Healthcare providers and case managers, case management, marketing, affective teaching and learning, taught small workshops and training classes, assisted employees with job related some personal issues, filled in for absent employee's, clerical work, assisted staff with human resources and payroll, errands, proof read and corrected employees daily member care notes and submitted them as well as other important documents. HTS: assist members with tasks on job sites, responsibilities at home, personal care and with life skills. Light housekeeping, errands with or without members, accompanied and scheduled dr visits and other appointments for members, assisted members with laundry, housekeeping, meal prep, personal hygiene special tasks and activities. Avocation for members in problematic situations teaching them coping skills and how to be calm in stressful situations. HTS duties are to assist and teach the members to be self sufficient, independent in the world that they live in so that they might be able to transition out of supervised conditions building confidence and life skills that will help them along the way.
