After helping a family member through recovery from hip replacement surgery and then her struggles with developing dementia , I realized I found a deep satisfaction in providing much needed assistance to people facing personal physical challenges, whether temporary or long-term. I am compassionate, observant, warm, and responsive to individuals and families needing to recover and recharge, and make it my goal to be the beast part of a bad day. After facing some of my own personal challenges and overcoming a great deal of adversity, I returned to school as a adult learner and completed my degree before returning too the workforce.

Hi! I was turning 18 and I was told I needed to work that my schooling was over....Immediately I started searching for a job that gave me flexibility and helped others....so I was a first female Chicago Firefighter....I then moved back to Calif. and put myself through school to become a nurse....I did 10 years in the emergency room, then home health, hospice, pediatrics special needs, elderly. I like to think fast on my feet and I became pretty good at nursing....I gain respect from the doctors that I have worked with for my ability to describe the need a patient has even if it's immediate......I am a cheerful, responsible, giving individual that would help thoses who ask..

The bond that was created between my past residents and I is something I will never be able to forget! I absolutely have adored everyone I have worked with as it is so special to me to hear about their lives, the things that bring them joy, the things they have been through, the good, the bad, the ugly I love to be a support system through it all.
