What makes me a good caregiver is I am very dedicated to care giving and always put my best efforts into my job. It is important to me for my clients to receive the best care and for them to know they have someone that cares for and about them and that will be there to help with any of their needs. I love helping people, especially people that need the help. I love seeing the smile I can bring to a clients face, that is the best reward. A personal achievement I am proud of is I work for a group home called MV Advancements, and last year I received Employee of the month which made me feel great knowing I was doing my job to the best of my ability.
