Hello I am Allison or alli, I've been a companion caregiver for 7 years now, I owned a business before that in central point for 17 years, I believe caregiving is my calling , I really enjoy spending time with my clients and helping them continue with theirs independent lifestyle, I offer many different services such as, personal care, transportation, physical exercise, I can teach you a light chair yoga routine, walking, breathing techniques, light housekeeping, organizing, laundry, we could socialize, go to the movies, theater, on a drive in the country, whatever you feel like doing. I also was a nail tech and I can make sure your fingernails and toenails are kept up nicely, I will be your personal assistant to help you keep up with the lifestyle your accustomed too. I also do hospice overnights and I've worked with many Alzheimer's and dementia clients as well, you will be in good hands , I'm honest, trustworthy, empathetic, loving and kind person, let's have a meet and greet and see how we get along.
