I began my career as a basic care giver after high school because I wanted to pay homage to my family, by helping other families. In working for various Assisted Living facilities, I felt I inherited a dozen grandparents! After having multiple ALS clients, and escorting them to their therapies, I became a Physical Therapist Aide, and body mechanics specialist. I then became a certified personal trainer to help clients before the onset of old-age, and in hopes of maintaining their physical independence. I am in the middle of writing my first book, entitled Maintaining Physical Independence to further explain what to expect from their bodies as they enter various wellness programs. I upgraded from being a basic care giver to a Home Healthcare Aide to further my understanding of various clients, and I pray my combine specialties serve my clients well.
