Hi my name is Alexis I'm compassionate and long term caregiver, I have experience in intelectual disabilities and neurodegenerative diseases. I've worked in many types of environments, I've had anywhere from 14-1 client that was in my care at a time. I've worked in facilities and in clients personal homes. I have been a caregiver since I was 18, what turned me towards caregiving was watching the NICU nurses take care of my son who was born early since then I knew I wanted to be a nurse.
