To give yourself, to give your life for other people. I became a caregiver because i wanted a career that had the potential to make a difference in someones life. I enjoy making someone smile and doing little things to make a persons day better. Being a Caregiver/CNA for 10 years has helped me in so many ways, i have worked in Hospitals, Nursing homes, Private Duty , Hospice care and also with Disabled children. I love what I do. Taking care of people that need my help gives me joy in my heart. I feel it is very important to have someone in you life that truly cares and makes you feel important. A personal achievement I am proud of : Attained \\" Caregiver of the year award \\" by constantly maintaining excellence in my care to residents.

Hello all, I am a 35 and expecting my first child in March 2018. I have been a foster parent for 6 years. I've fostered infants, school age children, and teenagers. I am currently engaged to my high school sweetheart whom I've been in a relationship with for over 17 years. I am a very warm hearted and lovable person who often thinks of others before myself. At the age of 8 my mother passed. My father was a musician who played on the road. I lived between my two grandparents home. I helped my grandparents with their daily needs such as transportation to and from appointments and grocery shopping. This attracted me to being a caregiver. I had gained skills from them with medication taking, paying bills, hygiene assistance, daily living, and companionship. I cooked daily and meal prepped. As my grandparents got older and lost most of their mobility and decision making I became the spokesperson for them. I enjoy being a person that someone can count on and call when needed. I am ear to listen and eyes to see. I have an old sole and love when others are happy and full of life. I am proud that I can be someone that someone else can call on when needed. I'm always willing to give and learn more. I became a care provider in 2007. I have worked for a treatment center servings women and their children. Some of my skills iinclude: Attention to personal care, medication administration and monorting, meal prep and showing my client how to cook meals and choose healthier foods, assisted with scheduling appointments and transportation , helped client maintain general household cleaning and laundry. Food handlers #2017o1941196 Due to the lack of childcare for my foster child I am limited the hours I'd like to help you. I am available between the hours of 5am until 1pm and 7pm until 7am.
